Yoto Players and Cards?

Yoto Players are a screen-free smart audio player. They allow children and tweens to engage in reading in an audiobook format independently by inserting a Yoto Card into the player to listen aloud or with headphones. Yoto Players have simple controls for ease of use. These are similar to Tonieboxes, but use a card based system for playing stories instead of a figurine.

The library offers these to borrow in two different formats:

Yoto Players
You can borrow a Yoto Player by itself from our Library of Things collection. This you can reserve for a specific date to pick up and borrow for a two week period.

Yoto Cards
You can borrow individual cards or bundles of cards from the library with your library card. We have these cards available to borrow on a first come, first serve basis at the main public service desk. Unfortunately, we do not have these in our online catalog at this time, so we cannot guarantee that specific cards or bundles are available. Stop by the main public service desk and browse available cards to borrow at that time.
