One-On-One Technology Assistance Appointments
with Ramsey Library Staff

The Ramsey Public Library offers three tech assistance sessions per month for one-on-one tutoring from library staff on technology related topics. Staff can assist with the following topics: general Internet and device use, use of library tools (Libby, Hoopla, Kanopy, etc) and use of library equipment (printing, scanning, copying). Staff cannot assist with topics like personal documents or online activities, including purchasing, selling, and social media activities. Sessions are 30 minutes in length and are limited to one session per month per person. This service is limited to Ramsey residents only. with Teen Volunteers (Summertime program ONLY)

The Ramsey Public Library also offers tech assistance sessions for one-on-one tutoring from teen volunteers on technology related topics. Our volunteers can help with basic tech topics, like using a mobile device, how to use various online tools and more. Volunteers cannot assist with topics like personal documents or online activities, including purchasing, selling, and social media activities. Sessions are 30 minutes in length and are limited to one session per month per person. This service is limited to Ramsey residents only.
